A Message From Our CEO: How Healthx is Responding to Coronavirus

We at Healthx share the deep concern for those who have been and will be impacted by coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to support the care and safety of our communities, customers, and team members. We are taking steps to help contain the virus, and to ensure that you can continue to care for your members and providers during this critical time.

Effective immediately and until further notice, Healthx is suspending all non-essential team member travel. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Our corporate office will remain open and we are following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines to prevent the spread of infection. We will continue to monitor local and national reports and will act according to the guidance of the CDC and the World Health Organization.

We know that your members and providers need to be able to connect with you now more than ever, and we are committed to ensuring the availability of your platform. Our servers can be managed virtually and remotely, and we have the tools, resources, and strategy to support remote work among our team members, should that become necessary.
