Update From Healthx on the Evolving Coronavirus Situation

Indianapolis, IN: March 16, 2020 — As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves, we continue to take action to ensure Healthx employees remain healthy and safe, and that we are able to provide uninterrupted service to you, our customers. To that end, in view of the declared national emergency, I have found it prudent and necessary to close our Indianapolis corporate office. For now, and for the immediate future, all of our team members will be working remotely.

Regardless, the care of your members and the business of healthcare does not stop. We have the communication infrastructure and leadership to ensure that our teams will continue to operate without disruption. Feel free to contact us as you would under normal circumstances. Our remote servers can be managed virtually and we are fully prepared to support remote work among our teams. Additionally, in the unlikely event that it should become necessary, our business continuity plan is in place and can be implemented immediately.
