As a consumer engagement strategist and marketing professional, Frank has held an array of positions that contribute to his breadth of healthcare experience. He was previously Chief Engagement Officer of Healthcentric Partners, Inc., an engagement strategy and marketing consultancy serving the payer market. He was also Director of Sustainable Engagement at Healthways, following a career with New York advertising agencies where he led pharmaceutical assignments for direct-to-consumer ad campaigns and global branding initiatives.
His 2008 book, Why Healthcare Matters: How Business Leaders Can Drive Transformational Change, is an employer's guide to healthcare consumerism. He is a Boston College grad (Economics and Communications), and earned his MBA from Columbia Business School in New York, where he had the privilege to study under W. Edwards Deming.
