Kathy is Healthx's president and chief financial officer. She has over 20 years of financial management experience with venture backed, private equity owned and public-held technology companies. Prior to joining Healthx, she was a partner with TechCXO providing chief financial officer services to assist early stage and growth technology companies. Kathy was also the chief financial officer/senior vice president of finance and administration for Consona Corporation, now Aptean, where she oversaw multiple acquisitions and significant revenue growth. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in standardizing processes, improving financial reporting, building cohesive teams and making significant contributions to revenue growth and cost control. She holds a B.S. in business with a concentration in accounting from Indiana University.

Win has over 15 years of experience with healthcare technology. He is one of the founders of Healthx and the leading technical innovator of Healthx cloud-based solutions. He conceptualized cloud-based computing for the healthcare payer industry before it was popularized. Win has made recent breakthrough discoveries in mobile and web application technology for the healthcare experience, based on the GoogleNow paradigm. He also established the largest and most scalable operational data store for healthcare claims and eligibility data.  He is a graduate of Purdue University, where he received bachelor’s degrees in computer electrical engineering and electrical engineering with a research focus in artificial intelligence systems.

Michael has over 23 years of software and information technology experience with extensive expertise in product development for healthcare payer organizations. He is responsible for market strategy, product management, product marketing, and delivering solutions to drive adoption and revenue growth. Prior to joining Healthx, he was the vice president of product for iTriage, a consumer-centric healthcare technology company acquired by Aetna, Inc. In previous positions he held product management and strategy leadership roles at major companies including The TriZetto Group, Diogenes and Sybase.  His passion is developing innovative, disruptive solutions that will transform the healthcare industry. He holds a B.S. in industrial management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Chad has 13 years of experience in deploying healthcare payer solutions. He is responsible for Healthx operations, including systems support, customer care and project management. Chad joined Healthx in 2000 and he has held various engineering, application development and operations positions. He possesses over a decade of end-to-end knowledge of Healthx technology. Prior to joining Healthx, Chad was a software engineer at IBM for the life insurance systems division. He has a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and an undergraduate degree in computer information systems from Indiana University.

As a consumer engagement strategist and marketing professional, Frank has held an array of positions that contribute to his breadth of healthcare experience.  He was previously Chief Engagement Officer of Healthcentric Partners, Inc., an engagement strategy and marketing consultancy serving the payer market.  He was also Director of Sustainable Engagement at Healthways, following a career with New York advertising agencies where he led pharmaceutical assignments for direct-to-consumer ad campaigns and global branding initiatives.
 
His 2008 book, Why Healthcare Matters: How Business Leaders Can Drive Transformational Change, is an employer's guide to healthcare consumerism.   He is a Boston College grad (Economics and Communications), and earned his MBA from Columbia Business School in New York, where he had the privilege to study under W. Edwards Deming.
